Senior Manager, Commerce Transformation Lead (Program Leadership & Solution Architecture)

Work you'll do
You will be using your industry, technology and digital experience to drive revenue growth by delivering complex, commerce-centric, solutions. You will help develop market facing collateral, drive internal alignment efforts across account leads and our partners to identify, cultivate and sell our integrated solutions. In addition to your focus on defining solutions, driving demand and leading sales activities, you will lead/support technical teams to architect, build, create, and deploy unique solutions for each client. Some activities include:
Drive pipeline and opportunity development, tracking and forecasting
Lead discovery workshops (on-site and remote) to align stakeholders on vision, roadmap, and delivery approach
Lead multi-track commerce transformation programs (scope, schedule, budget, RAID, governance, and executive communications)
Identify client process pain points and gaps in best practices
Understand technical architecture, integration patterns, data models, customizations and recommend best practices
Communicate platform capabilities and limitations to clients effectively
As a senior member of the team, you will help to develop and mentor junior resources. You will work to build strong and diverse teams, coach, advise and empower team members.

Deloitte's Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team creates content and experiences that inspire action. We design and implement technology platforms for personalized marketing across all digital touchpoints, specializing in customer-centric B2B and B2C solutions. Our in-house agency engages customers throughout their journey, working on projects like AdTech, MarTech, campaign automation, CRM, and lead-to-loyalty orchestration. Qualifications
Required:
10+ years of IT experience
5+ years of experience delivering commerce transformation programs, including global rollouts and end-to-end implementations
5+ years of experience formulating, selling and delivering complex technical solutions
Experience leading complex programs and cross-functional teams, including Agile delivery leadership and stakeholder management
Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
Proven ability to scale Agile delivery and quality governance
Experience modernizing commerce ecosystems using both custom & packaged solutions
Consumer industry commerce experience (e.g., retail, consumer products, hospitality/services)
Experience with adjacent commerce capabilities such as PIM/search (e.g., Stibo MDM, Lucidworks)
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $158,900 to $292,900.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
