Hilton Senior Director, Innovation Delivery in McLean, Virginia

This is your chance to be part of the Strategy & Innovation Delivery team - focused on shaping and delivering Hilton's innovation agenda. As Senior Director, Innovation Delivery , you will turn strategies into actionable deliverables and create a path for testing and scaling new ideas and processes, efficiencies or branded customer experiences for Hilton. Reporting to the Vice President, Strategy & Innovation Delivery, you sit at the intersection of analysis, creative solutioning and practical program delivery.
What will I be doing?
As a Senior Director, Innovation Delivery, you will lead the team responsible for bringing new strategies and innovations to life with the goal of sustaining long-term growth and profitability for the enterprise. Reporting to the Vice President, Strategy & Innovation Delivery, you will implement a test and learn culture. You will also lead complex projects. You will drive the organization to address future owner and guest needs through new products, processes, experiences, and technologies.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Storytelling - painting a picture of the future and defining a path to get us there
- Analysis - using data to inform approach and define success
- Project Management - starting with a blank page and identifying project structure, partners, and change management needed for successful outcomes
- Leadership - driving performance, consistency, and a bias towards action
How you will collaborate with others:
- Partner with all teams in the Enterprise to deliver innovations
- Bring teams together to pursue a common goal
- Represent the voice of enterprise innovation in brand, commercial, development, and owner forums
What initiatives you will take ownership of:
Examples of past projects include:
Shepherd the launch of the "new" Full Service Executive Lounge
- Reimagine Hilton's approach to product quality worldwide
- Bring together Luxury Brands, Lifestyle Brands, F&B, Wellness, Technology, Product, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to align on what the vision is for the Luxury and Lifestyle guest experience enabled by technology. Develop and activating on that roadmap.
- Develop team members to hone their skills and evolve their capabilities.
What are we looking for?

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Experience relating to complex project management, change management, and / or strategy in a global matrixed organization
- Five (5) years of experience leading strategic, cross-functional projects
- Five (5) years of experience developing team members
- Five (5) years of experience using data and analysis to guide decisions.
- Travel up to 10%.
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Ten (10) years of corporate experience
- MA / MBA
