EPAM Systems Lead Drupal Developer - Temp in McLean, Virginia

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain full-stack Drupal solutions encompassing both backend architecture and frontend implementation
Design and integrate APIs and third-party services that enhance platform functionality and user experience
Implement performance optimization, security hardening, and scalability best practices across the codebase
Establish and enforce Drupal coding standards while conducting thorough code reviews for quality assurance
Provide technical leadership for the Acquia platform implementation including Cloud IDE and Drupal Canvas
Guide the implementation of component-based design systems within the Drupal framework
Requirements
Extensive experience with Drupal 9/10+ development across both backend and frontend domains
Strong PHP programming skills with proven ability to develop custom modules and extend core functionality
Proficiency in frontend technologies including JavaScript, CSS, and component-based architecture
Experience implementing and maintaining component-based design systems in Drupal environments
Demonstrated expertise in API integration and third-party service implementation
Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives or enterprise-scale web builds
Familiarity with Drupal AI capabilities and integrations is a plus

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $130,000 - $160,000.
