Addendum for Section F.a.2: Job Duties• Reports to the Operations Manager.• Conduct rope access work efficiently.• Acts as the Team Lead/Supervisor for rope access operations.• Blade repairs with rope access.• Performs non-destructive testing.• Ensure compliance with IRATA/SPRAT guidelines and local safety regulations.• Conduct risk assessments and method statements (RAMS).• Implement rescue plans and emergency procedures.• Perform repairs and maintenance on wind towers.• Screw replacement and extraction.• Ensure proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is used correctly andinspected.• Perform advanced rigging techniques, including re-anchors, redirects, tensionedlines, and high lines.• Inspect and maintain rope access equipment.• Identify and mitigate potential hazards.• Be fully capable of performing and managing all forms of rope rescue.• Train and lead lower-level technicians (L1 & L2) in rescue scenarios.• Ensure all personnel understand and can execute rescue procedures.• Mentor and train Level 1 & 2 technicians.• Delegate tasks effectively while ensuring operational efficiency.• Maintain clear communication with clients, site managers, and team members.• Maintain logbooks and records of rope access operations.• Ensure that all team members' certifications and equipment inspections are up todate.• Report incidents or near misses and conduct investigations when necessary.
