Raytheon Advanced Product & Solutions (APS) Strategic Business Unit is seeking a Program Manager, Senior Manager – EOIRS ATEP Sustainment and Production Support. This role calls for a dynamic leader eager to operate within a fast-moving, evolving portfolio that is entering the production and sustainment phase concurrent with development. This represents a comprehensive and rapid bottoms up establishment of the sustainment construct and program to support a brand new highly complex product, and that construct will be leveraged by the broader AES franchise. You will be responsible to direct interaction with the USG customer, platform prime, and other external entities, proposal preparation and negotiations, and internal cross-functional leadership. Additionally, provide support to the lead production PM for programmatic execution, making sure no gaps exist between production and sustainment. Lead through strong cross-functional engagement, partnering closely with Engineering, Operations, Mission Assurance, Supply Chain, Finance, and Contracts to execute programs with rigor. Managing financial performance, including cost, schedule, and margin is essential, along with organic growth through the assigned programs.
This role is onsite in McKinney, TX.
What You Will Do
Accountability for profit and loss, AOP, LRP, and financial metrics for the portfolio
Directs the cross-functional team supporting the program to meet established targets and metrics
Identifies and reacts to problems and supports solutions, such as allocation of resources and operational execution.
Manage and grow the customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction
Supports annual 5-year LRP, monthly forecast and weekly SRO efforts for the business,
Supervises the appropriate use of all resources allocated to the program to ensure efficient use of resources
Lead proposal and negotiation activities with domestic customers, industry partners and suppliers
Prepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements and Raytheon’s Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM)
Domestic travel approximately 10-25% of the time
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
Experience leading profit and loss related activities of defense contracts
Experience working sustainment programs
Experience with reporting metrics through EAC review and customer Program Management Reviews
Experience managing proposals, negotiations, and, or BOEs
Active and transferrable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain program access after start
Qualifications We Prefer
Program Management Level 3 Certification or ability to obtain within one year
Demonstrated experience collaboratively and rapidly coming up with solutions in uncharted territory where standard playbooks don’t exist
Experience developing briefings and presenting to senior leadership
Working knowledge of USG and RTX contract formation, execution, and management
Experience managing programs transitioning from development to LRIP or production
Experience in executing and meeting Long Range Plan and Annual Operating Plan
Capture management experience

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
