Scheduler
Transdev in Crystal Lake, IL is hiring a Scheduler to intercept customer calls and schedule transportation. We are seeking friendly, customer service-oriented people who are dedicated to safety.

Non-CBA Position:
- Competitive compensation package of minimum $19.25/hour – Maximum $24.00/hour
Benefits include:
Vacation: two (2) weeks
PTO: 4 days

Key Responsibilities:
Creating / Scheduling daily runs for the location.
Efficient scheduling 7 days out, reducing OT and the ability to work with other carriers.
Working with CSR’s and dispatch to resolve scheduling issues.
Dispatching as needed.
Working closely with Managers to assure daily routes are covered and efficient.
Working closely with our client, answering emails and filling out daily spread sheets.
Resolve service-related complaints.
Answer customer calls and input ride information using a computerized scheduling system.
Communicate late vehicle service and verifying “No Shows” with customers.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
2 years of Scheduling and customer service experience.
Computer literate
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
2 years of Working with scheduling software.
Physical Requirements:
The essential functions of this position require the ability to:
Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day)
Computer work, excel, word, emails.
