The Opportunity:
CACI has an immediate opening for a Senior Logistics Lead at our Cherry Point, NC location. The candidate will bring extensive, expert level experience with R Supply/NTCSS and Aviation Supply in support of Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron (MALS) and stakeholder communication and engagement. In addition, you will support the Project Manager in execution, coordination, and oversight of contract operations. This role ensures successful delivery of project objectives through effective planning, resource management and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on requisition management and customer demand handling within NALCOMIS and R-Supply, ensuring seamless operations and accurate inventory control.
Serve as the SME on Enterprise Logistics Management Systems (ELMS) and assist with GE management.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; implement continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency. Informed in latest technology to strengthen delivery and provide competitive advantage.
Track key performance indicators, prepare monthly/quarterly reports and executive summaries for stakeholders.
Provide mentorship to team members, foster accountability, professional development, and a high performing, collaborative environment.
Deliver expert training on the use and management of NALCOMIS and R-Supply within the NTCSS system and other supported Automated Information on Systems, enhancing team proficiency and system utilization on.
Qualifications:
Required:
Must have a current SECRET security clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management or related business discipline.
Must have eight (8) years of experience in R-Supply, NALCOMIS, Inventory Management, and understanding of Navy/Marine Corps aviation on support.
High level of proficiency in project management tools and data analysis by using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and Advana.
Must have a great understanding of Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS).
Experience developing executive-level briefings and stakeholder engagement strategies.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay Range :
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$70,100 - $147,400
