Key Responsibilities:
Perform Customized Massage Therapy Sessions: Use a range of techniques to tailor each session to the individual needs and preferences of clients, ensuring optimal relaxation and therapeutic benefit.
Client Assessment: Conduct thorough initial consultations to understand clients health histories, concerns, and objectives for massage therapy. Modify techniques based on client feedback and assessments to ensure safety and effectiveness.
Maintain Treatment Records: Keep accurate and detailed records of each session, including techniques used and clients' progress, to facilitate high-quality follow-up care.
Promote Wellness: Educate clients about benefits of massage therapy and suggest additional wellness practices or frequency of sessions to help achieve their health goals.
Collaborate with Team Members: Work in conjunction with other wellness professionals within ALDANI INC to provide a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.
Ensure Cleanliness and Hygiene: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the treatment space, adhering to all organizational and state regulations.
Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with the latest techniques and innovations in massage therapy.
Qualifications:
Certification and Licensure: Must hold a valid massage therapy certification and have an active state license to practice massage therapy.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is highly valued. Expertise in various massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and others is preferred.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and empathetic listening skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to the role, ensuring comfort and safety for both therapist and clients.
Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor, appearance, and attire in alignment with ALDANI INCs standards.
