ManpowerGroup Bagger Machine Operator in McAllen, Texas
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Bagger Machine Operator to join their team. As a Bagger Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the packaging and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Bagger Machine Operator
Location: Mcallen, TX
Pay Range: $12.00
Shift: Monday through Saturday 7AM to 6PM - Overtime required
What's the Job?
Operate bagging, weighing, and sealing machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Set up machines for production runs, including adjusting bag sizes, weights, and settings.
Monitor machine performance during operation to ensure consistent product flow and correct bagging.
Inspect packaged products for proper weight, seals, labeling, and overall quality.
Load packaging materials and replenish supplies as needed, ensuring smooth production flow.
What's Needed?
Experience operating bagging or packaging machinery (preferred but entry-level candidates will be trained).
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong awareness of safety and quality standards.
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
