Sommaire du poste

  • Surveiller et faire fonctionner des machines automatiques et semi-automatiques pour placer et souder des composants sur des plaquettes de circuit imprim;

  • Oprer les machines Pick & Place , imprimantes et four SMT;

  • Faire le Setup des machines;

  • Changer les feeder au besoin;

  • Faire des retouches ou souder des circuits avec composants SMT;

  • Inspection des PCB laide de la machine AOI.

  • Toutes autres tches connexes

  • Date de dbut: Aussitt que possible

  • Salaire: Selon lexprience

  • Horaire de travail: 40heures par semaine, du lundi au vendredi de 7h30 16h

Profil recherch

  • Diplme dtude secondaire, lquivalent, ou exprience pertinente;

  • Connaissance de la machine Pick & Place;

  • Matriser la soudure de composants SMT;

  • Connaissance des imprimantes DEK (atout);

  • Connaissance machine Mydata (atout);

  • Bonne connaissance de lAnglais - lecture;

  • Formation offerte au besoin;

  • Minutie, rigueur, souci du dtail et de la qualit;

  • Capacit travailler en quipe pour atteindre des objectifs communs;

  • Respect de nos valeurs: attitude positive, respect et polyvalence;

Summary

  • Monitor and operate automatic and semi-automatic machines to place and solder components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs);

  • Operate Pick & Place machines, printers, and SMT ovens;

  • Set up the machines;

  • Change feeders as needed;

  • Touch up or solder circuits with SMT components;

  • Inspect PCBs using the AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) machine;

  • Perform any other related tasks.

Conditions

  • Start date: as soon as possible

  • Salary: based on experience

  • Work schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m

  • Workplace: Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, equivalent, or relevant experience;

  • Knowledge of Pick & Place machines;

  • Proficiency in SMT component soldering;

  • Knowledge of DEK printers (an asset);

  • Knowledge of Mydata machines (an asset);

  • Good English reading skills;

  • Training provided as needed;

  • Attention to detail, precision, and quality-consciousness;

  • Ability to work as part of a team to achieve common goals;
