Right now, we are seeking a bright and energised Program Manager.

This exciting and challenging role involves managing multiple projects. Specifically, you will manage the ongoing sustainment of a number of communications and battle management related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and management of all assigned projects, including future growth.
Responsibility and accountability for ensuring that all project goals are achieved, all customer expectations are met or exceeded.
Leading and managing multiple small teams, some of which are geographically dispersed.
Coordination of project deliverables
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
Relevant tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience).
Demonstrated skills in financial cost control.
Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable outcomes.
Proven high standard of written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable – experience in solution and proposal development, including the financial and commercial aspects of a proposal.
Desirable – prior experience on Defence sustainment support contracts.
Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 1 Security clearance as needed. Eligibility can be found at http://www.defence.gov.au/agsva
