The Impact You'll Make
Danfoss in Maumee, Ohio is seeking a mechanical engineer to join our Data Center team. The team’s role is to support our quick disconnect coupling product line in Data Center Liquid Cooling Systems. This position will gain expertise in the market and use that knowledge to enhance products and provide product support to manufacturing, supply chain, quality on existing products.
What You’ll Be Doing
Job responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following
• Supporting product engineering change management activities
• Facilitate new product introductions
• Perform product testing and failure analysis
• Communication with customers, suppliers and manufacturing
• Participate in new product development projects
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
BSME or BSMET
1-5+ years experience
CAD experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Six Sigma Training
Data Center Knowledge
Hydraulic Component Knowledge
Manufacturing Experience
CFD Analysis
Job Criteria:
Problem Solving Skills with Experience
Ability to perform part analysis using basic hand tools
Positive Attitude
Patience for development…not someone just looking to accelerate through the company
Mechanical Aptitude based on experience
Good written and oral communication skills
