- Ability to make decimal-fraction conversions.
- Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16".
- Computer skills.
- Ability to use micrometers and calipers.

- Maintain reliable and regular attendance.
- Cooperative, innovative, safety oriented.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on production.
- Commitment/willingness to increase job-related knowledge and skills.
