Perform general maintenance and repair of hotel buildings, equipment, and building systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving plumbing (fixtures, pipes, drains, water heaters), electrical (wiring, circuits, outlets, lighting), HVAC (heating, cooling, ventilation units), drywall, painting, flooring, and carpentry. Maintain and repair hotel equipment such as pool systems, fire safety devices, and security systems. Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure guest rooms, common areas, and facilities meet hotel quality standards, safety codes, and sanitation requirements. Read and follow building plans, schematics, and technical manuals to complete repairs accurately. Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies. Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies, complete work orders in a timely manner, and document maintenance activities and repairs. Requirements: 60 months (5 years) of full-time experience in general maintenance, construction, or building repair work in commercial or hospitality facilities. No formal education required.
