Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and detail‑oriented 3rd Shift Assembly Workers to support hands‑on production in the manufacturing industry. This role focuses on manual assembly of automotive components, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Hand‑assemble automotive parts and components following standardized work instructions
Perform repetitive, hands‑on tasks using manual tools and fixtures
Inspect parts during assembly to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain clean and organized workstations
Follow all safety, quality, and production requirements
Meet production quotas while maintaining attention to detail
Communicate issues or defects to team leads or supervisors
Qualifications
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)
Strong hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as required
Basic understanding of safety and quality procedures
Dependable attendance, especially for overnight shift
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mattoon, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.35 - $19.35/hr.
