ONSITE ONLY: Full-Time Suspense Transaction Processor
Location: Mather, CA ONSITE ONLY
$19.50 per hour in training
$19.50 per hour in production
HOURS:
Schedule to consist of five days a week, Monday through Friday, w/occasional Saturdays. Shift hours are between the hours of 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM on Monday – Friday. Overtime may be required. Suspense assists Data Entry team when necessary.

PURPOSE OF POSITION :
The Suspense Transaction Processor will use a PC workstation and telephone outreach to accurately process child support collections from scanned documents which do not contain the proper identification to process under usual processing rules.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accurately posting financial information using a PC workstation.
Maintain established productivity and quality standards, attentive to detail and accuracy.
Outreach to employers and contact with county and DCSS resources.
Use of CSE, KidStar, and internet resources for research purposes.
Performing additional quality control checks.
Observes professional standards of conduct, including attendance, professional behavior and dress code.
Performs other duties as assigned.
High School diploma or GED. Customer Service or previous telephone experience a plus. Previous computer experience with knowledge of Windows desktop applications required.
Position requires keyboarding repetitive motions with fingers and sitting for long periods of time.

Requirements to be successful in this role you will:
Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education.
Be able to successfully pass a background check and fingerprinting.
Demonstrate problem-solving skills.
1-2 years’ experience in a call center environment.
2 years’ experience in payments, and data entry.
Be able to type a minimum of 30 WPM (words per minute) on a computer.
Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
The ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
A strong work ethic.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $19.50
