POSITION SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for leading and coordinating the in-house logistics and inventory to support training courses and labs. This role will include assisting and overseeing logistics for national courses, brick and mortar labs, synthetic model training, and other events that involve physician hands-on training. Working daily as a part of the team and being responsible for the outcomes and results of the group. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: Responsible for the lab and logistics team at the direction of the Professional Education Hands-on Training Manager- including but not limited to: Working closely with manager to help reach team goals Oversee and lead the Lab Supply & Logistics specialists Assist with growth and implementation of synthetic training models and corresponding equipment Identify and improve operational efficiency, with the goal of minimizing redundancy Assist with efficiency projects to ensure best practices with shipping and inventory management Exercising sound judgment and discretion, troubleshooting problem areas as they arise with outside vendors Effective use of the Company's resources ADDITIONAL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: Regular and predictable work performance Ability to work under fast-paced conditions Ability to make decisions and use good judgement Ability to prioritize various duties and multitask as required Ability to successfully work with others Additional duties as assigned BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree required or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training and experience 3-5 years of experience in a similar role 2-3 years of Supervisor/Team Lead experience Exercises Independent judgement and address issues as they arise Works independently and initiates coordination with others to solve arising issues Applies knowledge to solve problems or tasks and recommends alternative solutions Works collaboratively with management for conflict resolution.
