ManpowerGroup IT Operations Analyst in Mason, Ohio

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to join their team. As an IT Operations Analyst, you will be part of the IT department supporting various technical functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: IT Operations Analyst

Location: Mason, OH

What's the Job?

  • Apply growing technical knowledge to operate a technology area such as server administration, technical security management, or performance management with limited risk and complexity.

  • Integrate technical knowledge and business understanding to create effective solutions for customers.

  • Resolve routine in-scope technical incidents independently, collaborating with team members on more complex issues.

  • Apply HP solutions to meet moderately complex customer needs within designated technical areas.

  • Participate in customer expectation management as part of the escalation process and build relationships with management in assigned accounts.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate degree in a technical field with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

  • Basic knowledge of HP products and services offerings.

  • Effective communication skills suitable for technical and management audiences.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, including proactive, reactive, and creative approaches based on defined procedures.

  • Conceptual understanding of IT environments and the ability to adapt to evolving technical landscapes.
