Are you a leader in advanced robotics systems? Join us as a Sr Robotics Program Manager and help drive transformative automation across our manufacturing and warehouse operations.
In this Sr. Robotics role, you will own and lead the company’s robotics and automation strategy, setting the vision for enterprise-level robotic capabilities and defining long-term automation roadmaps. You’ll lead large, complex engineering initiatives focused on designing, implementing, and optimizing robotic systems that improve efficiency, safety, and performance.

Travel: Up to 50% (with flexibility for home time)
What You'll Do...
Lead major automation projects integrating robotics into manufacturing and warehouse workflows
Design, implement, and optimize advanced robotic systems from concept through deployment
Develop RFPs, define system requirements, and oversee vendor solutions
Partner with cross-functional teams and external partners to deploy scalable automation
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business development teams to develop strategies and solutions
Define and execute test engineering strategies for robotic products
Drive continuous improvement through time studies, engineering analysis, and system performance evaluation
Provide strong technical leadership and support throughout the full project lifecycle
Analyze warehouse workflows and design robotic solutions for material handling, picking, packing, and sorting.
Integrate robotics systems with WMS and ERP platforms.
Conduct time studies and establish KPIs for robotic performance and throughput.
Provide technical expertise for installation, commissioning, and maintenance of robotic systems.
Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues related to robotics and automation equipment.
Develop and deliver technical training for warehouse personnel on robotic systems.
Create and document standards for robotic automation.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
What You'll Bring...
Requires one of the following:
Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in robotics engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science, or related field of study and six (6) years of related engineering experience
Associate’s degree and twelve (12) years of related engineering experience
Proven experience and success in implementing robotics systems or warehouse automation (including industrial robots and cobots)
Hands-on experience with robotic systems, AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles), AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots), and PLC programming
Advanced knowledge of robotics programming languages (e.g., ROS, Python, C++) Advanced knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, OPC-UA) Experience with WMS and ERP integration
Experience with safety standards for industrial robotics (ISO 10218, ANSI/RIA)
Demonstrated success applying financial stewardship
Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
Ability to successfully prioritize, and manage large, complex projects, deadlines, and tasks with little supervision in both team and independent environments
Strong verbal and written skills necessary to communicate intricate job-related information
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree
Robotics Certification (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA)
