*Job Summary:* **The MTSS Instructional Assistant assists the classroom teacher in providing multi-tiered systems of support to students in the classrooms. The assistant works directly with students who have a variety of needs, including physical, emotional and learning, providing personalized assistance. Some of the responsibilities include providing one-on-one or small group instruction, supporting classroom activities, support intervention strategies, and collect data on student progress.
