MercyOne Forest Park Family Medicine

  • Busy practicewithinstantvolume

  • Join 7 Physicians & 1 PA

  • Traditional outpatient family medicine with optional obstetrics practice

  • Minimal call- phone only (1/9 rotation)

  • $ 150,000 bonus package!

  • Highly competitive compensation package- 2-year income guarantee of $290,000/year++ full benefits package, including health/dental/vision/disability, generous PTO package, employer retirement match programs, $6,000 CME credit/year, and paid malpractice and tail coverage. Benefits start day 1 of employment.

  • Up to $15,000 in moving allowance

  • Forest Park Clinic is located adjacent to MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center- Mason City, a 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital- named Top 100 Hospital nationally- easy access to all specialists, lab, radiology, pharmacy, and many other services

QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required. Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible. Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges. Above average communication skills. Ability to work with a team. Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license; Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
