Job Description:
- Prepare and cooks foods using Thai culinary expertise
- Collaborate with other personnel to plan and develop Thai recipes and menus, taking into account such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers
- Determine how food should be presented, and create decorative food displays
- Train line cooks in the Thai culinary arts
- Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met
- Check the quantity and quality of received products
- Check stock levels and order supplies
- Determine production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of services
- Follow standards and regulations regarding sanitary practices
Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
Wage (Level 3-4): $47,000-51,000/year
Requirement: 2-3 years of Thai cooking experience
