[Duties:]{.underline}[ Production Planning & Resource Allocation: Develop forecasts based on customer demands, competitive analysis, and project pipelines; and assess and recommend best manufacturing locations based on technology, process design, and installed equipment to maximize plant efficiency. Production Oversight & Process Improvement: Lead local project teams to analyze and develop production control and supply chain strategies, keeping production on schedule and cost effective; work across teams to streamline production processes by identifying improvement opportunities in manufacturing and supply chain operations; and implement process enhancements, automation, and systematic solutions. Production Data Analysis & Decision-Making: Generate production data and planning reports for budget forecasting; and analyze production data to facilitate business planning designed to ensure output, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Hybrid schedule (34 days in the office, and 12 days from home/week) is allowed but must live within commuting distance (Metropolitan Statistical Area).]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
