Key Responsibilities:
  • [Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical components. ]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
  • [Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs to minimize downtime.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
  • [Diagnose and repair malfunctions in fryers, grills, refrigeration units, beverage machines, and other restaurant equipment.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
  • [Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance schedules.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
  • [Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

Qualifications:
