We are looking for a Analyst, Regulatory Compliance who will join our team in Marysville, Ohio (Hybrid).
This individual contributor will contribute to the transformation of regulatory data management from manual processes to an automated, AI-driven infrastructure. You will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and maintaining a robust digital auditing and KPI framework that ensures regulatory compliance while significantly increasing operational efficiency through continuous automation.
In this role you will :
- Automation & AI strategy: Partner with subject matter experts to design, build, and deploy automated data ingestion and AI-driven auditing protocols to replace manual data entry. Develop the long-term roadmap for regulatory data automation, ensuring the system scales with evolving agency requirements (e.g., EPA, State Depts of Agriculture
-Relationship Management: Build sustainable relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders through open and interactive communication
-Registration Data Research: Mine publicly available databases for new product registrations related to competitive intelligence for R&D research on new products
-KPI Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: Engineer and maintain automated KPI dashboards that provide real-time visibility into registration status and compliance risks for stakeholders
-Agency Correspondence Management: Document and track all incoming formal correspondence from regulatory bodies, including the EPA and State Departments of Agriculture, maintaining a centralized repository for registration actions
What you'll need to be successful:
- Bachelor's Degree, Science-based field (Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science) or a Data-centric field (Information Systems, Statistics)
-Required: 3-5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Compliance Management, or Quality Assurance within a highly regulated industry (Ag-Chem, Pesticides, Specialty Chemicals, or Pharma)
-Desired: Specific experience with US agricultural chemicals registration, including, FIFRA, state fertilizer & soils registrations.
Skills:
-Experience or training in Agile project management or DevOps principles is listed as a desired qualification to help build and maintain data operations.
- Required: Proven track record of automating manual data workflows within a highly regulated environment.
-Ability to transition legacy manual processes into digital-first workflows without disrupting active compliance timelines.
-Experience implementing data governance procedures and establishing data ""Source of Truth"" protocols within an automated environment to ensure audit readiness is never compromised by automation errors.
-Desired: Experience with Agile project management or DevOps principles as applied to data operations.
The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $77,200.00 - $90,800.00 per year.
