Hybrid 4 days onsite in Maryland Heights, MO

Our client is a leading connectivity and media organization serving consumers and businesses nationwide under a recognized brand. The company operates at scale with a significant customer base and delivers cable, internet, and voice services. Additional information is available on the company’s public website.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $55.00 to $60.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution, delivery, and closeout.

  • Define scope, schedule, cost, quality metrics, and success criteria and maintain these baselines.

  • Develop detailed project plans and drive milestones to completion.

  • Establish and maintain effective communication plans with project teams and stakeholders.

  • Provide day-to-day direction, coordination, and issue resolution for project resources.

  • Lead structured change management and control processes throughout the project.

  • Prepare and deliver project documentation, executive status reports, and budget updates.

  • Apply judgment, risk management, and decision-making to address issues and dependencies.

  • Facilitate negotiations, remove roadblocks, and enable timely decisions.

  • Leverage MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word to plan, track, and report progress.

  • 5 to 10 years of project management experience leading projects from definition through implementation.

  • Demonstrated accountability for scope, cost, schedule, and quality management.

  • Proficiency with MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word to manage plans and reporting.

  • Strong oral and written communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with change management, risk management, and issue resolution.

  • Proven leadership, team coordination, and negotiation capabilities.

  • Solid analysis and problem-solving skills supporting data-driven decisions.
