As we're continuing to expand our Martinsburg, WV office, we are looking for an individual to help grow the water/wastewater practice. In this role, you will be interacting with clients, contractors, local government officials and will impact the whole project - from conceptual/planning and design phases, through the regulatory review process, bidding, and construction - all the way through completion. As a Project Manager for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) with an emphasis on public wastewater and water projects, you'll work alongside collaborative team members, dedicated mentors, and experienced managers that are committed to supporting your career growth and success. Responsibilities: Supporting the Water Resources department projects that have a significant wastewater and water design elements including designing pump stations, force mains, water treatment facilities, wastewater treatment facilities, collection and distribution systems and involvement in public funding applications. Taking part in managing projects, design, quality control, client interfacing, budgeting, as well as mentoring and supervising junior engineers. Why CEC? Qualifications
5-15 years' experience; B.S. in Chemical, Environmental or Civil Engineering; Professional Engineering License (P.E.) preferred; Ability to develop and mentor staff; Ability to prepare or review technical Civil Engineering/Utility deliverables; Ability to prepare proposals; Ability to interface with clients, network, and develop business; Preferred knowledge of public utility funding and design process for WV.
