ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Administrative Assistant for small land use firm. Applicant must have good computer skills including general accounting and payroll, ability to undertake web based research, and willingness to interface with clients. As will all small businesses, multi-tasking is a must. Permitting experience a plus! ADMINISTRATION Interface with clients by phone, email, and in-person Computer skills, typing, and filing Organizing and maintaining job lists and client contact data Interfacing with vendors: ordering and managing supplies, leases, subscriptions, and memberships HUMAN RESOURCES Interface with insurance providers Organize and maintain tracked employment histories including: benefits, payroll, health insurance policies, etc. GENERAL ACCOUNTING Payroll and payment taxes / SAGE payroll and billing software Data entry Billing Bank account management Interface with accountant, IRS, MDOR RESEARCH State, county, and town agency web sites Title, permits, mapping, aerial images Record and file permits and applications
