Marshfield Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist at our flagship location in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Join our busy, well-established, full-service otolaryngology department including fellowship-trained surgeons. We are proud to have the longest continuous running ENT program in Wisconsin!
Compensation floor of $700,000 for the first two years of employment Comprehensive array of cases, full-scope ENT practice Advanced training or experience in Laryngology or Otology a plus! Well-established referral base from across the Marshfield Clinic region of Sanford Health Collegial environment with exceptional support Dedicated, well-trained staff Call coverage is 1:4 with PA Support Fully remodeled clinic space with state-of-the-art equipment 2 dedicated procedure rooms Team includes Advanced Practice Providers Audiology Department adjacent to ENT Department Speech Pathology onsite performs swallowing studies Vestibular Lab for dizziness testing Collaboration with Plastic Surgery, Pathology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, and Neurology as well as over 170 other specialties and sub-specialties to support patient care We strongly encourage our physicians to be involved in medical education and research to continue building our strong foundation of patient care, research and education for years to come.
Compensation Package
Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
