JOB REQUIREMENTS: Forward Insurance Agency is seeking a Personal Insurance Service Supervisor to lead our Personal Insurance Account Manager team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, improving retention, creating efficient workflows, and developing a positive, accountable team culture. You\'ll work closely with agency leadership and producers to ensure consistent service standards while coaching team members to grow professionally and succeed. Key Responsibilities Lead and coach Personal Insurance Account Managers to ensure high service standards Oversee workflows, renewals, and retention processes for personal lines accounts Develop and maintain procedures, templates, and service guidelines Serve as escalation point for complex customer service issues Monitor team performance, service metrics, and customer retention Support producers with timely, accurate client communication Assist with account management duties as needed Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency Coordinate carrier training and internal development opportunities Qualifications High school diploma plus additional insurance training Valid Wisconsin Property & Casualty license is required 2 to 3 years of insurance-related experience Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills Knowledge of personal insurance products, underwriting, and agency workflows Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organization, problem-solving, and time management abilities Ability to improve processes and manage team priorities ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online: https://www.forward.bank/about/careers/
