JOB REQUIREMENTS: Setup Multi Axis CNC Vertical Mills, and Turning Centers. (Haas, Okuma, Centroid) Use manual lathes, grinders, and mills to blank and finish parts. Use Mastercam to draw and program parts and fixtures. Work with Engineering to provide input on design for manufacturing. Help design setup instructions, and fixtures for production. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of experience in a fast paced Machine Shop Mastercam experience Understand and use G&M Code Ability to setup and machine complex and high tolerance components Materials: Stainless, Aluminum, Ductile Iron, Plastics, Alloy Steel, and Tool Steels Use of complex tooling that requires specialized training Ability to navigate the internet, and use Microsoft Office Passionate about prototyping and machining Meticulous attention to detail Highly motivated Flexible with the ability to work in a fast pace constantly changing environment with tight deadlines Positive energy and attitude Well organized and strong verbal communication skills Willingness to operate in a dynamic environment and team structure.
