What will you be doing?
Promote excellent customer-oriented services
Primary end user contact for IT help desk
Responsible for technical support of client computers, printers, mobile devices.
Work with System Administrator and Cybersecurity
What do you bring?
Experience with PC Hardware, WIndows OS, Mas OS , MS Office
Help Desk Ticketing and Asset Management
Strong phone and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical clients
Multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
