  • Providing hands-on guidance and support to your crew in the field

  • Keeping track of crew hours and completing daily job reports

  • Coordinating with general contractors, superintendents, and project managers on site logistics, deliveries, and scheduling

  • Running weekly safety meetings and maintaining a strong safety culture

  • Attending job meetings when required

    What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with solid field experience who’s ready to step into a leadership role and take ownership of their work.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • At least 5 years of playground installation or closely related construction experience

  • Experience with systems like LSI, GameTime, Kompan, or similar is a strong plus

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, layouts, and grading plans

  • Comfortable using mobile job management tools

  • Strong communication skills when working with clients, contractors, and crews

  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight for 5+ days when needed

Nice to have (or willingness to obtain):

  • Hydraulic license (within 60 days of hire)

  • CDL Class A or B

  • DOT Medical Card

  • CSPI and/or NPCAI certification

    What We Offer

We take care of our team and invest in people who want to grow with us.

  • Competitive hourly pay: $30–$40/hr, depending on experience

  • Prevailing wage opportunities: $68–$72/hr on eligible projects

  • Year-round work, including winter snow operations

  • Health insurance

  • Retirement plan

  • Paid time off

  • Performance-based bonuses

  • Training support and help with certifications/licenses

  • Annual performance and merit reviews

  • Real opportunities for advancement within the company

    Schedule

    This is a full-time, year-round position.

  • Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

  • Saturdays as needed during busy seasons

  • Winter hours may vary depending on snow operations and weather conditions
