Compensation: $22.55 to $23.55 Plus $0.40 shift differential

Principal Accountabilities
Safety & Compliance: Enforce all safety regulations, food safety standards, and proper documentation
Operational Leadership: Manage daily warehouse activities, including loading/unloading trucks, picking, packing, and shipping
Team Mentorship: Train new employees, conduct shift handovers, and provide guidance to staff
Inventory & Logistics: Maintain accurate inventory records (FIFO, housekeeping) and coordinate with production planning to ensure timely, efficient operations
Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery, such as forklifts
Required Qualifications
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Ability to do basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (some roles prefer higher education)
Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or food production environment
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in cold, fast-paced environments
Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift certification within 3 weeks
Must be able to lift to 30-60lbs repetitively and stand/walk for extended periods in various temperatures
Must be proficient in counting & attention to detail, computer skills preferred
Must read & write English; Math skill is a plus
