Schwan's Company Seasonal Trade Pricing Analyst in Marshall, Minnesota
We’re seeking a detail‑oriented and highly motivated Seasonal Trade Pricing Analyst to support our Revenue Growth Management team. This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in pricing analysis, trade agreement maintenance, system testing, and operational documentation. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners and contribute to ensuring accurate pricing, efficient systems, and strong analytical support during peak business periods.
Key Responsibilities
Agreement Management & Maintenance
Assist in the setup of customer trade agreements within internal systems.
Support ongoing agreement updates, ensuring accuracy and timely maintenance.
Validate data inputs to reduce errors and maintain system integrity.
Performance Analysis
Support the review and analysis of trade agreement performance.
Pull, organize, and summarize data for reporting.
Share analytical findings with Pricing Analysts, who will partner with Sales to review results and make any necessary adjustments to agreements.
Systems & Process Support
Work alongside Pricing Analysts as the organization tests and implements a new trade management system to assist with documenting system processes, including detailed “how-to” guides for daily workflows.
Support the preparation and development of onboarding materials for the new system’s go‑live.
Help track system issues, feedback, and enhancements during testing phases.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Education/Experience:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, or related field (preferred).
