Job Title: Technical Assembly Technician Job Description
Join our team as a Technical Assembly Technician, where you will work from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. You will play a critical role in assembling, testing, and inspecting various product types in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
Assemble, test, and inspect multiple product types from start to finish.
Work closely with the operations support team, including Planning, Shop Leads, Machining, Engineering, Quality, and Procurement.
Maintain quality expectations and meet daily production goals.
Prepare orders for shipping with proper documentation.
Complete all related paperwork, including work orders, inspection documents, and tracking sheets.
Assist with lean activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
Adapt to different areas as the production schedule dictates.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Essential Skills
High School diploma or GED completed.
At least 1 year of mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing setting.
At least 1 year of experience with hand and power tools, micrometers, and calipers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Over three years of related experience or equivalent.
Ability to identify colors.
Ability to read and understand work instructions and assembly drawings.
Familiarity with various mechanical and electrical measuring equipment.
Commitment to excellence and high standards.
Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
Acute attention to detail.
Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance.
Ability to understand all safety requirements and cautions.
Preferred experience with SAP.

Work Environment
Our medium-sized manufacturing facility employs around 60 people across two plants. The environment is occasionally noisy, typical of manufacturing settings, with an assembly area that may be somewhat crowded due to parts on the ground. Steel-toed safety shoes and safety glasses are required.

This is a Permanent position based out of Mars, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr.
