Job Description
This role combines hands-on refractory support with the operation and basic maintenance of industrial equipment, including pneumatic jackhammers, diesel-powered air compressors, sandblasters, and forklifts, within an industrial facility.
Responsibilities
Operate a pneumatic jackhammer safely and efficiently to support refractory and related industrial tasks.
Operate a diesel-powered air compressor and ensure it runs safely and reliably during daily operations.
Operate a sandblasting unit to clean, prepare, or treat surfaces according to job specifications and safety standards.
Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance on jackhammers, air compressors, sandblasters, and related tools to ensure they remain in safe working condition.
Operate a forklift to move materials, tools, and equipment around the industrial facility in a safe and controlled manner.
Essential Skills
Proven experience operating a pneumatic jackhammer in an industrial or similar environment.
Proven experience operating a diesel-powered air compressor.
Proven experience operating a sandblaster for industrial surface preparation or cleaning.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mars, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
