Job Title: Refractory Lead
Shift: We're flexible! Either overnight or day shift. Will train with current refractory lead
Pay: $25 plus depending on experience!
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Refractory Lead to manage and execute refractory tasks with precision and expertise. This role involves working in an industrial environment and requires experience in forming and pouring concrete, as well as leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
Remove worn refractory materials using a jackhammer or other suitable means.
Install forms into various shaped components, ensuring correct installation per standard practice and drawings.
Mix and pour refractory into various shaped components.
Sandblast various components as needed.
Essential Skills
Previous experience with refractory or forming and pouring concrete.
Ability to pass a medical screening and fit test for respirator use.
Valid driver's license.
5+ years experience in Refractory.
Experience leading a team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Forklift, overhead crane, and various hand tool use a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mars, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
