Maintenance Specialist I - $4,000 Sign-on Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment)
St. John - Mars, PA
Full-Time Hourly, Night shift 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

Performs general maintenance, grounds maintenance, repairs, security rounds, monitoring, inspecting, transportation service and preventive maintenance, assist with installations/ repairs and renovations, to provide continuous services and a safe environment that is efficient and effective operation for the buildings throughout the campus.
Qualifications
Maintenance Specialist I qualifications include:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training.
Valid driver’s license.
