Pay Rate: $19.85/hour
Schedule: 2-2-3 schedule, 6p-6a
Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire
Our client in Mars Hill is hiring Production Machine Operators to support overnight food production operations. These positions pay $19.85/hour and are Temp-to-Hire , offering long-term opportunity with a well-established manufacturing environment.
This is a hands-on production role where you’ll operate a variety of food manufacturing equipment while building valuable technical and manufacturing skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Apply today!
Typical daily duties:
• Operate food production equipment including mixers, baggers, and palletizers
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
• Assist with sanitation, cleaning, and GMP compliance
• Move materials and finished goods as needed throughout production
What we’re looking for:
• Experience operating food production or processing equipment
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and GMP food safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and physical stamina (standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.)
