Maintenance Technician – Night Shift Opportunity
Pay Rate: $21.50/hour + $2.00 shift differential
Schedule: Night Shift
Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire
We’re hiring Maintenance Technicians for our client in Mars Hill! This reputable manufacturing client values problem‑solving, reliability, and strong technical skills. These positions pay $21.50/hour + $2 shift differential and are temp-to-hire .

Typical daily duties:
• Inspecting equipment for proper function and safety
• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues
• Performing routine maintenance to prevent downtime
What we’re looking for:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year experience with industrial equipment
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
