Why Work Here?

You will join a smaller, close-knit facility that offers a friendly, mom-and-pop atmosphere while still experiencing growth and advancement opportunities. The environment is clean and focused on quality, and the products being made create a pleasant aroma of chocolate, caramel, and nuts. The organization has earned recognition as a great place to work in back-to-back years, reflecting a positive culture, pride in the workplace, and room to grow your career as the operation expands.

Work Environment

This is a food manufacturing facility that produces granola bars containing nuts, including peanuts, so employees must be comfortable working around nut ingredients. The facility is smaller, clean, and follows strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards. The production area often smells like chocolate, caramel, and nuts. Temperatures are generally fairly controlled, though the facility can become warm during the summer months. Work is performed on your feet for the entire shift, with frequent heavy lifting and repetitive motions. Employees may work in either of two adjacent buildings and may need to go outside briefly to move between them.
