Your role and responsibilities
The candidate will work alongside a team of full stack developers working on building a full AI toolset including AI skills assessment, role play, AI Tutor, interactive video and podcast generation and much more. The AI Productivity Engineering team builds custom internal tooling, dashboards, and AI-powered applications for the IBM sales organization and for business partners and clients.
Required technical and professional expertise
Software development experience
Ruby on Rails development experience
Foundational understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs)
Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Python development experience
Java development experience
Strong experience working on enterprise grade software projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred technical and professional experience
Development on Linux and/or Windows platforms
Familiarity with cloud platforms and APIs
Understanding of prompt engineering and tuning
Experience working with relational databases or noSQL databases
