Your Responsibilities as a Sewing Machine Operator:
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot sewing machines while ensuring our high-quality standards.
- Use computer-aided design software to create patterns and adjust garments.
- Maintain production schedules and keep inventory of materials.
- Track production time and keep an eye on garment quality.
- We take safety seriously, and we need you to help maintain a safe work environment.
What Youll Need to Succeed:
- Youll need great hand-eye coordination and a sharp eye for quality.
- Proven sewing experience with a knowledge of fabrics and sewing techniques.
- Youll thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to switch between tasks as needed.
- Effective communication skills are essential as you work with a dynamic team.
- Youre a self-starter but know when to ask for help.
- Ability to sit for extended periods, adapt to changes, and keep a positive attitude!
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Proven sewing experience and knowledge of different fabrics and sewing techniques.
- Ability to safely use a variety of sewing machines.
