Atlas Foundry an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Industrial Foundry Millwright to join their team. As an Industrial Foundry Millwright, you will be an essential part of the maintenance and operations department, supporting the team in ensuring smooth and efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Industrial Foundry Millwright
Location: Marion, IN
Pay Range:$24 per hour
Shift: All shifts available
What's the Job?
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment in the foundry environment
Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime
Ensure safety protocols are followed during all maintenance activities
Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency
Pass Bennett Mechanical Test to qualify for the role
What's Needed?
Open to working all shifts, including nights and weekends
Must pass Bennett Mechanical Test
Previous experience in industrial maintenance or millwright work preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment
