Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the piston production industry, is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: MARINETTE, WI
Pay Range: $20.00
Shift: Train on X shift 6 a.m. - 2 p.m. then go to Y shift 2-10 pm
What's the Job?
Operate all assigned machines to produce finished pistons from rough turned pistons.
Ensure products meet company quality standards and customer specifications.
Follow established policies and procedures to maintain safety and efficiency.
Monitor machine performance and perform routine maintenance as needed.
Collaborate with team members to meet production and delivery goals.

Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
Availability to work the specified shift and days.
