House of Wines Front of House Manager in Marietta, Ohio
The House of Wines is seeking a Closing Front of House Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role---you will have the benefit of serving income while managing daily operations and supporting the front of house team. We're looking for someone who leads by example, works efficiently, and takes ownership of both guest experience and team performance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership on the floor while actively serving guests
- Write and manage weekly staff schedules
- Maintain labor costs, targeting a 30% payroll
- Train and onboard front of house team members
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and service standards
- Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant management or strong serving experience
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Organized with attention to detail
- Experience with scheduling and labor management preferred
