Kelly Services is seeking a Customer Care Representative within a dealership's Service Department located in Margate, FL 33073.
Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Pay- $16/hour
Schedule- Rotating schedule. 3 days Mon-Fri, weekends Sat 8am-5pm and Sunday 9am-3pm.
Position Summary:
The Customer Care Representative serves as a front-line ambassador in the dealership's Service Department, interacting with customers both face-to-face on the Service Drive and within the Loaner department. This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience, and supporting daily department operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival at the Service Drive and Loaner departments.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness on all vehicles by overseeing washing, drying, and maintenance
Communicate effectively and consistently with customers.
Assist customers in the check-in and check-out process, addressing questions and concerns with courtesy and efficiency.
Utilize an iPad or similar tablet device to process customer information, appointments, and documentation accurately.
Collaborate with Service Advisors and Technicians to facilitate smooth customer interactions and vehicle servicing.
Adhere to dealership policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Provide timely updates to customers regarding service status, loaner vehicle availability, and dealership offerings.
Deliver excellent customer service at all times, demonstrating patience and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail strongly preferred.
Must be able to stand on your feet most of the day.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to follow scripted word tracks and adapt to specific customer needs.
Proficiency with an iPad or similar tablet device.
Enthusiastic and team-oriented attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work inside and outside on the Service Drive.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
