Assembly Worker – 1st & 2nd Shift
Clean Facility | Team‑Based Work | Training Provided
We’re hiring Assembly Workers to support hands‑on production in a clean, organized manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with hand tools in a fast‑paced setting.
What You’ll Do
Assemble parts and products using hand tools, power tools, and small equipment
Follow standard work instructions and quality guidelines
Perform mechanical assembly; electrical assembly or soldering as applicable
Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
Test components and verify proper function when required
Use tape measures and basic measuring tools
Package finished products for shipment
Work with 2–3 teammates in an assembly cell to meet daily goals
Lift and handle parts up to 30 lbs
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We’re Looking For
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Ability to follow step‑by‑step instructions
Good attention to detail and quality
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Comfortable working in a production environment
Ability to sit or stand during assembly tasks
Preferred (Not Required):
Manufacturing or assembly experience, mechanical aptitude, electrical assembly or soldering experience
Shifts & Training
1st Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
2nd Shift: 3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. (shift premium available)
All new hires start with 2 weeks of training on first shift
Start dates aligned on Mondays

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marengo, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
