Assembly Worker – 1st & 2nd Shift Opportunities

We’re hiring Assembly Workers to help build high‑quality products using hand tools, power tools, and small machinery in a clean, temperature‑controlled environment.
What You’ll Do
You’ll support daily production by assembling parts and products according to clear instructions and quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assembling products using hand tools, power tools, and small machinery
Following Standard Work Documentation, Manufacturing Instructions, and Quality Plans
Performing electrical assembly and soldering (if experienced)
Testing bearings using thread rolls
Assembling actuators using small hand or power tools
Lifting and assembling components up to 30+ lbs
Working in a team setting with 2–3 coworkers per production cell
What You Bring
Experience with hand and power tools
Ability to follow step‑by‑step instructions
Strong mechanical or general assembly skills
Basic inspection and quality‑check abilities
Reliable work ethic, consistent attendance, and ability to keep pace
Willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment
Nice-to-Have Skills (Not Required)
Previous manufacturing experience
Packaging, lifting, or general labor experience
Soldering or tape‑measure skills

Work Schedule
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM ( $3/hr shift premium )
Training for 2nd/3rd shift takes place on 1st shift for the first two weeks

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marengo, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
